At Spare Orbit, we aim to provide genuine, quality-checked second-hand automobile spare parts sourced from verified dealers. Since we deal in used / second-hand spare parts, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and clear for all customers.
1. Eligibility for Returns
A return request will be accepted only under the following conditions:
- The received part is incorrect (different from what was ordered)
- The part is damaged during transit
- The part is not as described at the time of confirmation
Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Incorrect part ordered by the customer
- Normal wear and tear of used spare parts
- Parts that have been installed, used, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Electrical parts once installed or tested
- Items returned without original condition or packaging
3. Return Request Process
To initiate a return:

- Share your order details, images, and reason for return
- Our team will review the request within 2–3 business days
If approved, return instructions will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after approval
Refund amount may exclude:
- Shipping or handling charges (if applicable)
- Any damage caused due to improper handling or installation
5. Replacement Policy
In some cases, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, subject to:
- Availability of the same or equivalent spare part
- Customer preference
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch
- Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed

- Spare Orbit acts as a marketplace and sourcing platform connecting customers with verified dealers
- Actual availability and condition of parts may vary due to the nature of second-hand products
- All parts are quality-checked, but minor cosmetic imperfections may exist
